8 Step Coffee Cupping Guide

  1. Grind each coffee
  2. Fill Each Cup with spoonful of coffee
  3. Add boiling water
  4. Let coffee steep for 2-3 minutes until crust forms
  5. Break crust and taste
  6. Slurp the coffee
  7. Swish it around and spit out
  8. Rinse with water before tasting next coffee
