Coffee Egg Nog

Ingredients and Amounts

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain® Coffee
  • 12 eggs
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 4 cups of half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 pint of Captain Morgan's® Spiced Rum (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew the 4 cups of water with the
    1/2-cup of Blue Mountain Coffee
  • Add sugar
  • Chill in the refrigerator
  • In a large container whisk the eggs until fluffy; add the milk, half-and-half, chilled coffee, nutmeg and Captain Morgan® Spiced Rum (optional)
  • stir & serve
